Heli-riding Chamonix (well, Switzerland!)

Had an amazing day out over the weekend. Was invited on a covert heli-riding operation with a group of elite snowboarders who must remain anonymous. If I told you who they where then I’d have to….. you know what. Seriously though that is something I could get used to. What an epic day out, even if the snow conditions weren’t that great. Check out some of the shots – video to follow.

Interski Congress – St Anton 2011

Currently in St Anton this week representing Great Britain (BASI) as part of the Snowboard Demonstration Team with fellow team mates Ben Kinnear and Mark Petty. The concept of Interski is a meeting of all nations worldwide to demonstrate, run workshops and exchange ideas about current teaching and technical trends in Snowboarding.

Level 3 training week – Massive sucess

Training week ran last week at full capacity and was a real success. So much so that 2 more courses are being planned: 7th March -11th March and 28th March to 1st April. Training costs will be as before – Still waiting to confirm accommodation costs. Thanks to Dai, David, Jay, Ben, Rich and Mike for putting up with me blabbering on, pulling their riding apart and knackering them out! For more details and information on March courses, please send me a mail to neil@mcnairsnowsports.com.
